After Emme Vaan Osaa became internation clan we desited that it would be necesary to make new rules. New rules are made to make so any new member can get clear image how eVo^ do things and what we expect for them and also that they know who to turn to when they have questions or problems.

Emme Vaan Osaa (eVo^) is a clan that operates under leadership of 5 ”old” leaders from original eVo^ and one new leader from eVo^[ i]. Every leader has his own resposibilies but they support each other, so questions can be made to any leader here in eVo^. Here is list of the leaders and their titles or job descriptions.

eVo^Althalus (AA3 leader)
eVo^Leketiskis[ i] (International leader/matches/twl/ESL)

Leaders have rules like any other members. Next is listed rules and rigths that are mainly ment for the leaders.

-Leaders job is to reconcile any conflicts that may appear between members or between players and outsiders.

-One leader alone don't have the power to kick player out of the clan or give serious warning, that needs majority of leaders. If player is member of the eVo^ then 3 or more "old" leaders are required, if the player is eVo^[ i] then eVo^Leketiskis[ i] and 2 older leader is required. This prevents any miss behaviour for leaders side. Only exception to this rule is when one leader has apsolute broof cheating, then only one leader is required but even then he must inform other leaders before he take any action and he must be able to show these proofs.

-Every leader (and Meteli, owner of the TS) has right to kick player out of TS and give max 1 day ban. Longer bans need majority of the leaders. If player is banned, reason MUST be made clear to player who have been banned. And longer than one day bans MUST be put to the forums! (Forum must have topic that names the player and topic must show when ban has been given, duration of the ban and why it has been given. If these aren't there and player comes and asks to ban to be removed that can done by any leader.)


Then some rules and rights that concernes both leaders and regular members.

-In TS every eVo^ and eVo^[ i] member has right to kick player from the channel or from TS if the player in question is continuosly harashing other players. Only leaders and Meteli has right to ban players! If ban is given other than leader this might lead to warnings or even bans towards that player!

-When using TS, main language is english. Exception to this rule is that when there are players that play together on same server or just hang out together on the same channel they can speak other language that all the others can understand too. Excample: When there is only finnish members inTS channel they are allowed to speak finnish, and same goes to international members too.

-Every member of eVo^ and eVo^[ i] has right to participate scrims or mathces that other clans play when we don't have our own matches or scrims. Members must use eVo^tag and they must play by the rules that the other clans have made.

-Every player has right to recruit new members!

-If members don't want to participate in tournaments like TWL or ESL they don't have to. But they must be ready to fill out if needed.

-Every player is obligated to tell the leaders if they find that other clan member is hacking or misbehaveing.

-Members must put clans own matches and tournaments first before any matches with friends or other groups. And without special permission clan members CAN'T play against eVo^.

-Every member must obey server rules and obey their admins(with in reason off course)

-eVo^ and eVo^[ i] members can't have other clans tags. Meaning that players can't be members of other clans using other accounds.


Then some rules and guides that will be used that doesn't concerns individual players.

- EVERY new recruit will have to go through background check! There is NO EXCEPTIONS in this rule. Leaders can't make vote before BG checks have been made!

-eVo^ won't recruit players from other clans. If recruiting is made from other clans roster, this clans leaders MUST be informed first and asked permission to do that!

-Every new player must be voted in. (This rule have little exception and it is that when some old member or friend joins they can be allowed to join without vote but they MUST go through BG check). Attleast majority of the leaders must except this friend. No leaders has power to take players in on their own!

-eVo^ and eVo^[ i] are SAME clan. This must be made clear to anyone who asks! We are in different sections but still one clan!

-If player signs him in matches that are put in forum they must then play that match. There will be no maybe or if I feel like it. If player continuesly prakes this rule leaders will give warnings and can remove player from the roster. If some reason player can't play even than he is said so he must find replacement or notify others attleast 1 day before the match! If this rule doesn't be obeyed then we will remove ourselves from that tournament!

-Every new player will have "recruit time" which time all the players can get to know the person before he/her is accepted. "Recruit time" is from 2 weeks to one month depending activity. In this rule leaders could use so called ”friend rule”, when players is allready known.

-eVo^ will have it's own section in AA3 also. Leader of the AA3 members is eVo^Althalus. Every AA2 member of the eVo^ and eVo^[ i] has right to join in without any votes. Every decision concerning AA3 in going through Althalus and other leaders won't put in (not attleast yet). This means that any player that isn't eVo here in AA2 is recruit that Althalus will decite if he takes him or not.
